App Store Connect
Use the App Store Connect connection to pull release status, TestFlight details, crash signals, ratings, and review summaries into Vexly.
What You Need
- Access to App Store Connect for the app you want to monitor
- An App Store Connect API key with access to the relevant app resources
- Your issuer ID, key ID, and the downloaded private key file

- Open Users and Access.
- Go to the Integrations tab.
- Under App Store Connect API, create a new key.

- Open the Vexly dashboard.
- Go to Connections.
- Choose App Store Connect.
- Enter a name for the connection.
- Paste the Issuer ID and Key ID.
- Upload or paste the private key content.

Good First Questions
- "What is the status of our latest iOS release?"
- "Did Apple reject our last submission?"
- "Summarize App Store reviews from the past 7 days."
- "Which TestFlight build has the most crash reports?"
Troubleshooting
If the connection fails:
- Confirm the key is still active in App Store Connect.
- Make sure you copied the correct issuer ID and key ID.
- Verify the private key content was uploaded without truncation.
- Check that the key has access to the app resources you expect to query.
